The Opportunity
This is not about memorizing a script or applying pressure.
Our Project Consultants meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. You'll evaluate what they're trying to accomplish, understand the home and project conditions, educate them on the right solution, build a professional proposal, and confidently help them make a decision.
We provide the appointments, training, technology, systems, and company vehicle. You bring professionalism, curiosity, accountability, emotional intelligence, and the drive to become exceptional at your craft.
Successful Project Consultants can earn well into six figures. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $150,000-$200,000+ annually.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for more than someone who knows how to sell. We're looking for a professional who can become a trusted advisor to a homeowner.
Communicate naturally and build trust quickly.
Present yourself professionally and take pride in being prepared.
Have strong emotional intelligence and know how to read a room.
Are curious about how things work and enjoy learning technical information.
Can take complicated information and explain it clearly.
Ask intelligent questions before making assumptions.
Follow through when you say you're going to do something.
Stay composed when conversations become difficult.
Are comfortable discussing significant financial decisions.
Take ownership when something goes wrong rather than making excuses.
Are organized and comfortable using modern technology.
Want your income to reflect the value and results you produce.
Are interested in eventually taking on greater responsibility, leadership, or management.
You Don't Need to Come From Home Improvement
Prior home-improvement sales experience is valuable, but it is not required for the right person.
Some of our strongest future candidates may come from backgrounds such as construction, project management, estimating, automotive sales or service, real estate, insurance, B2B sales, account management, field service, hospitality management, operations, technical sales, or another customer-facing professional career.
If you've built a career around customers, projects, technical products, leadership, problem-solving, or earning people's trust and are considering your next chapter, we want to hear from you.
Become a Trusted Resource, Not Just a Salesperson
Homeowners aren't looking for someone who can simply give them a price. They're making a major investment in their home and want someone who understands what they're looking at.
You'll be trained to understand roofing, siding, windows, doors, exterior systems, products, common installation conditions, project measurements, estimating, financing, and the technical reasoning behind our recommendations.
You do not need to be a contractor. But you do need to want to understand the work.
The strongest Project Consultants become knowledgeable enough that homeowners see them as a resource - not simply a salesperson. You will meet with qualified homeowners, conduct a complete consultation, build and present the appropriate solution, and confidently ask for the business when Future Remodeling is the right fit.

Successful Project Consultants manage their schedules professionally, remain responsive, and understand that their income and advancement are directly connected to their performance.
Career Growth
We're not hiring Project Consultants simply to fill appointments. We're building the next generation of Future Remodeling.
As we continue to grow into additional territories, products, and markets, we will need people capable of becoming trainers, mentors, team leaders, sales managers, and broader company leaders.
Those opportunities will be earned through results, judgment, consistency, leadership ability, and alignment with our values - not simply tenure.
For someone looking for their next career rather than their next job, this can become much bigger than an individual sales position.
Ready for Something Different?
Maybe you've already succeeded in sales.
Maybe you've spent years working with customers, managing projects, leading people, solving technical problems, or building expertise in another industry and know you're capable of more.
Either way, we're interested in what you can become here.
If you're professional, curious, accountable, competitive, emotionally intelligent, and confident enough to earn a homeowner's trust, we'd like to meet you.
