The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Synthesis Wealth Planning’s marketing initiatives across digital, print, events, client communications, and advisor visibility. This role works closely with firm leadership, advisors, compliance, vendors, and operations to ensure consistent branding, timely execution, and measurable marketing results.
Maintain a consistent annual marketing calendar, execute webinars, newsletters, podcasts, social media, and events on schedule, improve consistency and quality of SWP brand materials, ensure marketing materials are submitted, tracked, and approved through compliance, support advisor visibility through speaking, writing, and event opportunities, and track marketing activity and report results through Ninety.io or another scorecard system.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing
- Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for SWP and associated brands
- Overseeing relationships and expenses with relation to marketing vendors together with Office Manager
- Calendaring speaking/writing engagements for SWP advisors and/or employees
- Calendaring marketing-related events for travel of the SWP advisors and/or employees
- Coordinating the process for podcasts, monthly and one-off webinars, and seminars/workshops that SWP hosts
- Managing email marketing campaigns, including Constant Contact (sending firm related emails)
- Design and create a semi-annual newsletter for regular mail
- Managing SWP’s social media presence including taking and editing individual and group photos
- Managing all LinkedIn, firm Facebook, and other social media pages, managing any future, similar online presence
- Coordinating all ACR submissions for marketing relating materials (social media pages, newsletters, News & Notes, blog,
- vlog, webinars, podcasts, articles, website)
- Creating agendas and minutes for marketing meetings
Miscellaneous Operations
- Attends various conferences and workshops, as needed
- Attends all team meetings & retreats, including the annual planning summit
- Trains and mentors other marketing and client relations associates
- Handles other marketing and client relations roles during position vacancies or as needed
- Inputs Marketing Team scorecard data into EOS tracking system, currently Ninety.io
- Implements a Plan of Work annually, and/or if your position evolves
What You Bring:
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; positive, professional phone presence
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- A forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate client and team needs
- Customer-first attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Experience in financial services, or a similar client-facing role preferred
