As an Administrative Assistant to the Chief HR Officer, you will work in the executive suite located in Burlington County, NJ
The qualified candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and all levels of program staff; maintain the highest level of confidentiality; must work independently; be highly organized and be able to multi-task; must follow all company and state policies and procedures
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $18-$18.26
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the HRIS database including data entry;
- Ensuring employee records are up to date & in compliance;
- Interface with management staff of all levels regarding the status of employees;
- Running reports & follow-up as needed & tracking statistical information;
- Scheduling and maintaining the CHRO’s schedule;
- Managing HR projects, including but not limited to training events and engagement activities;
- Coordinating deadlines with management;
- Supporting HR functions related to employee changes and drafting appropriate letters and memos as needed;
- Opening and distributing mail;
- Assisting with answering phones for the organization & HR Support line;
- Greeting & directing guests;
- Provide support to the HR department to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required;
- Two (2) years of office/clerical/data entry experience;
- Knowledge of business office operations, including filing, database amaintenance and administrative clerical operations;
- Prior HR experience a plus;
- Stong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint);
- Minimum 55 WPM;
- Valid Driver's License in good standing required.
