COMPANY SUMMARY:
Founded in 2008, Three Wall Capital is a hospitality equity and debt investment group for institutional and individual investors. TWC has completed over $3.0 billion in transactions in a principal investor capacity since inception. The investments include acquisition, new construction, redevelopment, and recapitalization opportunities across all hotel asset classes from 5-star luxury to extended-stay.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company and its portfolio of investments, with primary responsibility for maintaining accurate accounting records, financial reporting, asset management billing, reconciliations, and analysis across multiple entities and managed hotel investments.
This position will work closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership and will have meaningful exposure to the company’s broader investment, asset management, and corporate finance activities. The successful candidate will take ownership of increasingly complex accounting and financial responsibilities and will have the opportunity to expand their role and responsibilities as the company grows.
ACCOUNTING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage asset management billing to various operators and monitor collections; maintain reconciliation of asset management fees by investment.
· Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts and investigate variances as needed.
· Review daily bank entries and financial activity for accuracy and completeness.
· Process payments to various vendors, including expense reimbursements.
· Track annual registrations, taxes, and other filing fees for all owned entities, documenting existing templates and processing payments.
· Assist with preparation and review of upper-tier entity financial statements and other corporate financial reporting.
· Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
· Assist Financial Controller with tax returns, annual audits, and other external reporting requirements as needed.
· Audit OTA sites and other revenue channels to ensure appropriate payments are made to hotel operating accounts.
· Analyze financial information and assist in identifying variances, trends, and opportunities across the company’s investments.
· Participate in weekly accounting update calls with the broader team.
· Support the Financial Controller and senior leadership with special projects, financial analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and other investment-related activities as needed.
· Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, reporting, and efficiencies as the company continues to grow.

Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and a strong desire for professional growth and increased responsibility. Team is partially remote. Command of the English language both written and verbal.
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, M3 accounting software, and/or other accounting systems. Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE:
5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with demonstrated responsibility for general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close. Experience in hotel or hospitality-related finance and accounting preferred, but not required.
CPA certification or active pursuit of a CPA is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical capabilities, professional maturity, and the ability to assume increasing levels of responsibility within a growing organization.
