We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Sales Team. The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional individual who enjoys building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right vehicle.

What will you be doing?

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Build lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
Maintain follow-up communication with prospects and current customers.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
Stay informed about Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM products, promotions, and inventory.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Who are we looking for?

Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
Automotive sales experience is a plus.
Experience selling Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Computer proficiency (Dealertrack is our DMS).
Team player.
