Seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support and optimize PEAC Solutions’ technology infrastructure. This hands-on role works across networking, servers, Microsoft 365, endpoint support, security tools, and infrastructure projects to help maintain reliable, secure, and efficient technology services. You will troubleshoot issues, partner with internal IT professionals and business stakeholders, and contribute to system upgrades, security initiatives, technology rollouts, and continuous improvement. The role also provides broad exposure to infrastructure technologies and opportunities to build skills that support continued growth within IT operations.
Essential Functions:
- Support and optimize Windows and Linux servers, virtual environments, and core infrastructure services.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve LAN/WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless networks, and related network services.
- Install, configure, patch, and maintain enterprise applications, operating systems, and endpoint software.
- Provide responsive Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, user access, and productivity tools.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, group policies, and access controls in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes that protect business continuity.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, system upgrades, hardware deployments, and technology rollouts.
- Use monitoring, endpoint protection, and patch management tools to identify issues and strengthen system security.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, asset inventory, support records, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable technology support and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience supporting network, server, endpoint, or related IT infrastructure in a business environment.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, LAN/WAN technologies, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 administration, user access, permissions, and identity-related support.
- Familiarity with endpoint management, patching, monitoring, endpoint protection, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and document work clearly.
- Relevant technical education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience in information technology, networking, systems administration, or a related field.
Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid position based in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office, with three days per week in the office and two days remote. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to meet the position’s in-office requirements. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role.
