As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll partner with leaders and associates to support the full associate lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and talent initiatives. This role is based on-site at our East Coast Logistics Center (ECLC) in Westampton, NJ.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with leaders and associates on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and assigned roles, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Support key HR programs, including onboarding, leave administration, performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Conduct investigations and assist with corrective action and compliance-related matters.
- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities that improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and associates regarding performance, development, and workplace challenges.
- Facilitate orientation, training, and associate communications.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and HR Operations to support business needs.
What You'll Need
- 2-3 years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, Recruiting, or similar HR support role.
- Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, leave administration, and core HR processes.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance associate advocacy with business objectives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a distribution center, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or other high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting investigations, performance management, and associate engagement initiatives.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- HR certification (aPHR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
