Overview
Join Bausch + Lomb Consumer Marketing in a highly visible role that will shape the future of digital marketing and consumer engagement across our Consumer brand portfolio. As the Digital Marketing Hub Lead, you will define and scale the capabilities, operating model, and that power personalized consumer experiences, AI-enabled content creation, CRM, social commerce, and marketing technology adoption.
This role serves as the bridge between brand strategy, consumer engagement, technology, and commercial performance. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital Commerce, Analytics, IT, and agency partners, you will lead the adoption of next-generation marketing capabilities and build the roadmap, processes, and governance needed to accelerate growth, improve marketing effectiveness, and deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the Marketing Hub operating model, establishing governance, best practices, and scalable processes that improve marketing effectiveness across the Consumer organization.
- Partner with brand marketing to develop the omnichannel marketing strategy and drive execution across Consumer brands, including prioritization, capability development, investment decisions, and performance optimization.
- Identify and advance next-generation marketing capabilities, including AI-enabled content creation, personalization, CRM, social commerce, affiliate marketing, retail media, and data-driven audience activation.
- Serve as the business owner for CRM and audience activation, leveraging audience data, segmentation, and CDP capabilities to create more relevant consumer experiences and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with brand marketers to define social commerce strategy and growth priorities across platforms, including TikTok Shop and emerging commerce channels, while partnering with execution teams on implementation and activation.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled marketing capabilities and next-generation MarTech solutions, translating technology investments into practical use cases, training programs, adoption plans, and measurable business outcomes.
- Establish content strategy, governance, priorities, standards, and performance expectations while partnering with the Manager, Digital Content & Social Commerce on execution and activation.
- Identify, evaluate, pilot, and scale emerging digital marketing capabilities, AI solutions, social commerce opportunities, and consumer engagement models that create competitive advantage for the Consumer portfolio.
- Drive organizational digital marketing execution through coaching, guidance, best-practice development, and change management initiatives that increase marketing effectiveness across the organization.
- Partner with Sales, Digital Commerce, and Brand Marketing teams to identify opportunities that accelerate revenue growth, improve conversion, increase marketing ROI, and strengthen commercial performance.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks that connect Marketing Hub initiatives to revenue growth, conversion, media efficiency, technology adoption, speed to market, and overall business impact.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with hands-on ownership of digital marketing, CRM, MarTech, omnichannel marketing, or digital transformation programs.
- Proven experience defining capability roadmaps, operating models, governance structures, or transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success building new capabilities, processes, operating models, or transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new capabilities, processes, or technologies across organizations.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing investments to measurable business outcomes.
Specialized Training & Skills:
- Working knowledge of CRM, audience activation, customer segmentation, digital marketing, personalization, social commerce, affiliate marketing, and performance measurement.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, or scaling marketing technology platforms and AI-enabled marketing solutions.
- Familiarity with CDP capabilities, creator ecosystems, affiliate marketing programs, social commerce platforms, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Preferred:
- Experience in consumer health, healthcare, OTC, beauty, consumer packaged goods, eCommerce, or other highly competitive consumer marketing environments.
- Experience with social commerce, creator ecosystems, retail media, affiliate marketing, or AI-enabled marketing platforms.
- Experience building marketing operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable best practices across brands or business units.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Compliance teams within a regulated industry.
Work Environment
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $165,000.00 and $200,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. They may also be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, a tuition reimbursement program (select degrees), company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
