RRBB Accountants + Advisors is hiring! RRBB is an independent, full-service accounting and advisory firm providing accounting, tax, and consulting services to businesses and individuals. We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to join our growing organization and lead marketing strategy, strengthen our brand, and support continued firmwide growth.
The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the firm’s marketing strategy, brand, integrated campaigns, team development, and performance measurement. This role translates firmwide and service line priorities into marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, drive client engagement, and support revenue growth.
Serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership, Business Development, and service line leaders, the Director ensures marketing initiatives are aligned, data-driven, scalable, and focused on measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with firm growth objectives.
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, communications, sponsorships, and brand initiatives.
Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across channels.
Identify market trends and opportunities to strengthen visibility and competitive positioning.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team.
Establish priorities, goals, performance expectations, and accountability.
Manage team capacity, workload, and resources while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Business Partnership & Growth
Partner with Business Development and service line leaders to support pipeline growth, referrals, client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Provide strategic marketing guidance to leadership and internal stakeholders.
Ensure marketing priorities align with broader business and growth objectives.
Analytics & Performance
Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
Measure campaign, digital channel, event, pipeline, and marketing ROI performance.
Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
Use data to guide marketing investments and optimization efforts.
Budget, Operations & Vendors
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Oversee agencies, vendors, sponsorships, and external marketing partners.
Improve marketing systems, workflows, technology, reporting, and project management processes.
Ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience leading marketing teams and integrated marketing programs.
Strong background in marketing strategy, brand management, campaign development, and performance measurement.
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, budgeting, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience within professional services, B2B, financial services, or a multi-service-line organization strongly preferred.
Advanced degree and/or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
