TheSr. Manager, Reports/Analysis/Prodplays a critical leadership role within theInvoice to Cash (I2C)organization, driving data‑driven decision‑making through advanced reporting, analytics, and production insights. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to deliveraccurate,timely, and actionable intelligence that supports operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise‑level outcomes, lead high‑impact analytical initiatives, and shape reporting strategy during a pivotal period of transformation for DePuy Synthes.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT) to ensure alignment of data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts and reporting professionals, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive culture.
Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, ora relatedfield.
8-10years of progressive experiencein reporting, analytics, finance operations, or related functions, withdemonstratedleadership responsibility.
Advancedproficiencywith reporting and analytics tools (e.g., BI platforms, Excel, enterprise systems).
