JOB SUMMARY: The Pricing Manager supports the development and execution of the company's pricing strategies across chassis product lines, regions, and customer channels. This role is responsible for conducting pricing analysis, managing pricing processes, developing pricing performance reporting, and partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to implement pricing initiatives that support profitable growth. The position helps ensure pricing decisions are data-driven, supported by actionable reporting and insights, consistent, and aligned with market conditions and business objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Relationship Management & Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to support pricing decisions and margin improvement initiatives.

- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze pricing performance, customer trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for margin improvement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement pricing programs and initiatives.
- May provide guidance and coaching to pricing analysts or team members.
- Pricing Models, Processes & Governance
- Develop and maintain pricing models, reports, and analytical tools that support pricing decisions.
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies, processes, and approval requirements.
- Support ongoing process improvements that enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency.
- Negotiation & Commercial Execution
- Support negotiations by providing pricing analyses and recommendations for customer opportunities and contracts.
- Partner with Sales to implement pricing strategies and maintain pricing discipline.
- Market Intelligence & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, cost drivers, and margin pressures to identify risks and opportunities.
- Stay ahead of market developments—including regulatory changes, material cost fluctuations, and technology shifts—to inform forward‑looking pricing actions.
- Profitability Optimization & Reporting
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on profitability improvement.
- Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor pricing effectiveness, margin realization, revenue impact, and market trends, providing actionable insights to support business decisions and executive reporting.
- Develop and deliver pricing insights, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing pricing strategy and commercial decisions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required;
- At least five years of experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, pricing, or related field
- A combination of education and work experience.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Competent in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with high level of Excel proficiency (e.g., complex formulas, scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and large-scale data manipulation).
- Excellent analytical abilities with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with experience leading, motivating, and developing teams to deliver high-impact results.
- Strong project management skills with creativity, and innovation
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week for local candidates.

Salary budget: $85,000 - $105,000 annually plus 20% incentive target.
