The Opportunity
As a Utility Network / ArcFM Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation of Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing, managing, and visualizing geographic data across various fields including urban planning, environmental management, and transportation. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will focus on delivering tailored solutions that enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of Esri's software suite to optimize client operations
- Analyzing geographic data to support urban planning, environmental management, and transportation projects
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with client expectations
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills in Geographic Information System (GIS) applications
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
- Utilizing GIS architecture and conversion skills to support seamless data integration
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive project success
- Addressing and resolving conflicts with clients and team members to maintain project momentum
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support ongoing service excellence
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration or PHD degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geological Engineering, Geophysics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Utilizing Esri Mapping Software and Geographic Information System (GIS) Applications
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and strategic questioning in client engagements
- Embracing change and innovation to enhance project delivery
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to develop team strengths
- Managing complex projects with a focus on planning and execution
- Inspiring teams to deliver quality and uphold professional standards

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
