Purpose of Role:
Mandelbaum Barrett PC is seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to support the technology platforms that power the firm's marketing, business development, client engagement, and internal communications efforts. Working at the intersection of marketing and technology, this role will help manage CRM, marketing automation, website, intranet, analytics, reporting, and integration platforms while partnering closely with Marketing, IT, Human Resources, and other departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, and focused on optimizing systems, improving data quality, and enhancing the firm's digital workplace and communication tools.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Technology & Systems
- Administer and optimize marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, firm intranet systems, CodeTwo, SurePoint, and related tools.
- Manage HubSpot records, lists, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Maintain and enhance the firm intranet, including content updates, employee resources, announcements, navigation, and user support.
- Support data integrity, system integrations, and automated processes using APIs, webhooks, Power Automate, Zapier, and similar technologies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work through automation.
- CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate contact, company, client, attorney, and practice data across marketing systems.
- Monitor database quality, including duplicates, incomplete records, email deliverability, subscription preferences, and segmentation.
- Manage data imports, exports, cleanup, mapping, synchronization, and audience segmentation for marketing and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT to establish data governance standards and best practices.
- Website & Digital Marketing
- Maintain and update website content, attorney biographies, practice descriptions, publications, news, and event pages.
- Support website forms, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and user experience improvements.
- Assist with website integrations, analytics, and lead capture processes to support marketing objectives.
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns through HubSpot.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows, nurture campaigns, and scalable email templates.
- Manage subscription preferences, suppression lists, bounce handling, deliverability, and troubleshooting.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to measure marketing performance and engagement.
- Track website, intranet, email, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze data across systems and provide actionable insights to Marketing and firm leadership.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of marketing and communication technologies.
- Marketing & IT Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, IT, HR, and other departments on technology initiatives.
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, training, and user support.
- Collaborate on technology solutions that enhance marketing operations, communication, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Approximately 2-5 years of experience working with marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing, marketing operations, intranet administration, or a related area.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot strongly preferred, particularly Marketing Hub, CRM administration, workflows, lists, automation, and reporting.
- Experience working with WordPress required.
- Experience supporting an intranet, SharePoint environment, employee communications platform, or similar digital workplace technology is strongly preferred.
- Experience with CodeTwo or another centralized email signature management platform preferred.
- Experience with SurePoint or another legal-industry CRM, financial, or practice-management platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and digital tracking tools preferred.
- Understanding of CRM data structures, integrations, APIs, automation, and data hygiene is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integration platforms (including Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate), and data synchronization between business systems is strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is helpful.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with data and firmwide communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical users.
- Experience within a law firm or other professional services organization is a plus, but not required.

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing and optimizing platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, intranet systems, CRM databases, email signature management tools, and workflow automation solutions. Beyond maintaining existing systems, this individual will proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, strengthen internal communications, and enhance the effectiveness of the firm's marketing and business development efforts. They will collaborate closely with Marketing, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and continuously improve the firm's technology ecosystem in support of attorneys, employees, clients, and leadership.
Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for discretionary year-end bonuses and a merit-based increase. The posted salary range reflects the base pay range for this position.
