As a Senior Manager, Events and Experiential Marketing, you will report to the Senior Director, Channel and Field Marketing and be responsible for the strategic planning, management and execution of a comprehensive events portfolio that supports business growth, channel engagement, customer loyalty, and employee alignment. The incumbent will lead the execution of dealer incentive trips, industry and vertical market tradeshows, internal sales meetings, executive customer events, and other experiential events designed to elevate the Kyocera brand and generate measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
+ Develop annual event marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, dealer loyalty and customer engagement across KDA’s internal and external audiences.
+ Lead the planning, execution, and management for annual experiential travel rewards and recognition programs for dealers and internal sales staff at luxury destinations and properties domestically and internationally.
+ Conduct site visits and manage destination selection, contract negotiations, travel logistics, attendee communication, onsite execution, and post-event evaluation.
+ Oversee all agency relationships including destination management companies, travel agencies, hospitality providers, and entertainment vendors.
+ Coordinate and collaborate closely with KDA executive teams, internal divisions, and key stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
+ Manage end-to-end planning and execution of industry and vertical market tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.
+ Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to align messaging, manage regional campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across all events and activations.
+ Develop statements of work and RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage product timelines, and ensure agency accountability.
+ Manage exhibit companies and coordinate booth design, logistics, sponsorship activation, staffing, lead management, and post-event follow-up.
+ Build strong relationships with external agencies and partners including experiential agencies, conference and show organizers, and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure achievement of corporate objectives.
+ Establish event KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess business impact, pipeline generation, customer engagement, and ROI.
+ Evaluate opportunities and sponsorships to maximize brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and channel growth.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises assigned employee(s) within Channel and Field Marketing team and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies. These responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; conducting performance and salary reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to further their skills and knowledge; creating and monitoring development plans; setting performance expectations/goals; forecasting staffing needs and planning for peak times and absences; enforcing department policies and procedures
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
+ 10+ years of proven experience managing B2B events with increasing levels of responsibility.
+ 7+ years managing large-scale industry and vertical tradeshows, conferences, incentive travel programs, and corporate events. Agency experience preferred but not required.
+ Expertise managing external vendor performance by effectively guiding, leading, and motivating 3rd party agencies to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
+ Proven experience planning and executing global incentive trips and dealer recognition programs for a B2B hardware manufacturer.
+ Strong budget management experience, including ownership of significant annual event investments.
+ Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
+ Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
+ Extreme attention to detail and strong ability to drive creativity and innovation.
+ Experience operating in Agile team environments, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and utilizing Jira to prioritize work, manage project timelines, and ensure delivery against business objectives.
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365.
The typical pay range for this role is $109,000 -$136,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
