About the Role:

Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations in Orange, NJ. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from check-in to checkout
Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient recalls to maximize provider productivity
Handle dental billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable follow-up
Supervise, train, and support front desk staff to maintain high performance and team morale
Communicate treatment plans and financial arrangements clearly to patients
Monitor office KPIs, collections, and production goals in coordination with the dentist
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office policies and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of dental office management or senior front desk experience required
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, coding (CDT), and claims processing
Excellent communication, leadership, and patient relations skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
Experience managing staff schedules, payroll, and performance reviews is a plus
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
