Paintpourri Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Paint, Blinds & Wallpaper Sales Associate to join their team in Hackettstown, NJ! Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting paint colors, window blinds, wallpaper, and related products to meet their design needs
Provide expert product recommendations and color consultation to residential and commercial clients
Mix, tint, and match paint using color-matching technology and equipment
Maintain organized and well-stocked product displays, shelving, and inventory
Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Stay current on product knowledge including paint brands, wallpaper trends, and window treatment options
Support a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment

Requirements:

Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
Interest or background in interior design, home improvement, or décor is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
Ability to operate paint mixing and color-matching equipment (training provided)
Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
