Medical Office Manager Hazlet NJ
$70K–$90K + Performance Bonuses for total comp up to $150,000 | PTO
We are seeking an experienced, energetic Medical Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Hazlet, NJ.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is highly organized, great with patients and staff, and comfortable managing a medical office while also supporting front desk operations.
What You'll Do

Oversee daily office and front desk operations
Lead, support and help manage office staff
Ensure excellent patient service from check-in through check-out
Manage a high volume of calls, scheduling and patient communication
Monitor schedules and keep patient flow running efficiently
Assist with patient paperwork, payments and administrative needs
Resolve patient and operational issues quickly and professionally
Maintain an organized, welcoming and efficient office environment
Help improve office performance, productivity and patient experience

What We're Looking For

2+ years of medical office, front desk or healthcare management experience preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Highly organized with the ability to multitask
Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
Strong computer and scheduling software skills
Dependable, proactive and solutions-oriented
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000–$150,000 total earning potential
