YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Will Do:
- Contribute to real IT, digital, data, product, platform, automation, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or business operations initiatives;
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, analyze problems, and help deliver practical solutions;
- Use structured thinking to evaluate options, challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and recommend trade‑offs;
- Learn unfamiliar domains quickly and apply lessons from one assignment to new situations;
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems by creating momentum, asking smart questions, and driving work forward;
- Communicate insights through storytelling, documentation, presentations, and stakeholder updates;
- Collaborate with accountability by building trust, removing barriers, and delivering outcomes rather than activities;
- Explore how technology decisions affect process, organization, financial impact, user experience, and enterprise value.

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, data science, engineering, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field;
- Interest in technology, digital transformation, AI, data, platforms, product thinking, business operations, or enterprise problem solving;
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $22.75 to $45.50. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits may include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc (if relevant). This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
