Director of Sales & Partnerships
Location: Fair Lawn, NJ
Reports to: President

RPM Healthcare is seeking a Director of Sales & Partnerships to drive new business with health systems, medical groups, and physician practices.
We are looking for a proven healthcare seller who brings relationships, knows how to create opportunities, and can move complex deals from first conversation through close.
This is a hands-on sales role. The right person will be comfortable opening doors, making calls, leveraging their network, conducting executive-level discovery, and creating pipeline from day one.

Responsibilities

Develop and close new health system, medical group, and physician practice partnerships.
Leverage existing healthcare relationships to create qualified opportunities.
Prospect directly into executive, clinical, financial, and operational leadership.
Lead discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline.
Collaborate with leadership, clinical, operations, marketing, and account management teams.
Represent RPM Healthcare at industry events and strategic meetings.

Qualifications

Proven success selling into health systems, medical groups, or physician practices.
Strong existing relationships within the healthcare provider market.
Demonstrated ability to independently generate and close business.
Experience navigating complex healthcare sales cycles.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Self-directed, accountable, competitive, and comfortable operating without micromanagement.
Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams.
RPM, CCM, population health, value-based care, or related healthcare services experience is a strong plus.
