Momentum Solar • Full-time • New Jersey, United States • 1w ago

Job Requirements

Momentum Solar is a premier residential solar provider with offices in multiple states nationwide. Founded in 2009, with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. We manage the entire solar process for our customers, from sale to completed installation, making the transition to renewable energy seamless.

The Role

The Director of Retail Lead Generation owns Momentum Solar's retail brand ambassador program, built on our partnership with BJ's Wholesale Club. You'll set the strategy, lead the field team, and be accountable for program performance, making sure every in-club interaction delivers qualified leads and a best-in-class customer experience.

This is a road-warrior role based in the NY/NJ market. Most of your week is spent in clubs coaching your team, working with store and partner leadership, and driving results on the floor, with some remote days for planning, reporting, and executive reviews. It's a highly visible position reporting directly to senior leadership, with significant growth potential as the retail channel scales.
