The Opportunity
As an EAM IFS Cloud Lead, Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the optimization of their business applications, enhancing operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide comprehensive training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, utilizing your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to determine when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role at PwC, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of business applications to optimize operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to validate seamless utilization of business applications
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of technology-driven initiatives
- Utilizing analytical reasoning and business data analytics to enhance decision-making processes
- Managing project delivery and resource allocation to meet client expectations
- Innovating processes and leveraging technology to drive business transformation
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and adaptability
- Initiating coaching conversations to foster team development and performance improvement
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating skills in business data analytics and transformation

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
