Experienced Real Estate Agent
Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey
Space and Company | Philadelphia, PA & Collingswood, NJ

About Us

Space and Company is a boutique real estate brokerage with offices in downtown Philadelphia, steps from City Hall, and in the heart of Collingswood, NJ. We're built for agents who are ready to move beyond the typical brokerage experience — smaller, more hands-on, and genuinely invested in your growth.

What Makes Us Different

Broker-Led Training, Twice Weekly — Direct, in-person coaching from our broker, not a recorded webinar. Real deals, real strategy, real feedback.
In-House Title Team — No chasing outside vendors or worrying about closing delays. Title services live under our roof.
In-House Mortgage Officers — Give your clients a smoother, faster path from offer to close, with lending partners who already know your business.
Beautiful Shared Office Space — Work from our City Hall–adjacent Philadelphia office or our downtown Collingswood location — professional, collaborative spaces designed for agents who want to be around other serious professionals.

Who We're Looking For

Active PA and/or NJ real estate license (dual licensure a plus)
Experienced agents ready to elevate their production and their client experience
Self-starters who also want to be part of a supportive, in-person team culture
Agents with experience in — or looking to grow into — the Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets
Strong communication skills and a client-first approach to every transaction

What You'll Gain

A seamless, cohesive transaction process for your clients, from contract to close
Ongoing mentorship and skill-building from brokerage leadership
A collaborative office environment in two of the region's most desirable business districts
The infrastructure of a full-service firm with the culture of a boutique brokerage
