Business Development Associate — Philadelphia, PA

Skilled Wound Care

At Skilled Wound Care, we don't just fill roles - we build partnerships, and our culture is the foundation everything is built on. You'll join a team that pushes each other to grow, shows up for one another, and shares in each other's wins. We work hard, we have fun doing it, and we genuinely believe that a great culture isn't a perk, it's how we operate every single day.

We're looking for a motivated, coachable Business Development Associate ready to launch a career in healthcare sales. This is an entry-level role built for someone early in their career who wants hands-on training, real mentorship, and a clear path to growth. No healthcare sales experience required, just drive, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

If you're looking for a place where your effort is recognized, your voice is heard, and your growth is invested in from day one, you've found it.

Why Work With Us?

You are never alone - this is a true team effort where your challenges become our challenges and your wins become our wins.
We invest in you every week through structured onboarding, ongoing clinical education, professional development, and hands-on mentorship from leadership.
You are part of the story - your ideas matter, your voice has weight, and you help build the vision, not just execute it.
We cultivate leaders and are committed to developing the next generation of talent within our organization - many of our senior closers started right where you are.
We are built on integrity - no shortcuts, no pressure tactics. We win the right way, and we only want people who do the same.
The earning potential is real and grows with you - as you build skills and close your first accounts, your income grows right alongside you.
You'll get real exposure to the full sales cycle and the SNF/Long-Term Care industry, with support at every step while you learn the ropes.

Relationship Building: Start building your own network with SNF staff, owners, and regional directors under the mentorship of senior team members.
Team Collaboration: Share field observations, ask questions, and contribute to a team strategy that lifts everyone.
