An accomplished and relationship-driven sales leader who partners closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to advance the hotel’s strategic revenue goals. This role plays a key part in driving group business, leading a high-performing sales team, and cultivating meaningful client relationships that reflect Loews Hotels’ commitment to exceptional service and hospitality excellence.

What You’ll Do:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
oLead efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals aligned with rooms and food & beverage targets
oMaintain a strong sales pace while meeting or exceeding individual and team revenue objectives
oIdentify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to ensure a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline
oSolicit group and/or transient business independently and in partnership with the sales team through strategic action plans
Client Engagement & Market Presence
oIncrease the hotel’s visibility and brand presence in assigned local and national markets
oConduct sales calls locally and nationally based on market demand
oDevelop, present, and negotiate compelling customer proposals and contracts on behalf of the hotel
oExecute impactful site inspections that showcase the hotel’s offerings and guest experience
Collaboration & Operational Partnership
oStrengthen and maintain relationships with the Loews National Sales Organization and key corporate accounts
oCoordinate closely with hotel departments after contract close to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
oProvide timely and effective communication to departmental partners to support service excellence
Leadership & Team Development
oCoach, mentor, and support the sales team in alignment with direction from the Director of Sales & Marketing
oPromote teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to company ethics at all times
Operational Excellence & Compliance
oAttend required meetings, training sessions, and sales initiatives
oFollow hotel standards, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
oMaintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform and grooming standards
oStay informed of hotel updates, standards, and business priorities
Other Responsibilities
oRegular attendance in conformance with standards
oMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
oRequired to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
oPerform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include:
oBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
oMinimum of five (5) years of proven experience in hotel sales and marketing with a strong record of achieving revenue goals
oIn-depth understanding of hotel operations and demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor sales professionals
oExcellent networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
oStrong written and verbal communication skills
oActive involvement in industry organizations is preferred and reflects commitment to professional growth
