Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and oversee appointments to support efficient scheduling and operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders by managing communications, screening inquiries, and directing requests appropriately
- Prepare and compile agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and supporting documentation for executive and management meetings
- Process expense reports, invoices, and departmental administrative requests whilemaintainingaccuracy and timeliness
- Perform clerical and office support duties, including responding to inquiries,maintainingrecords, and ordering department supplies
- Build andmaintaineffective working relationships with executives, business partners, and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate and execute special projects by managing timelines, requirements, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
Qualifications
- Associatedegree preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience supporting senior IT leaders or executive teams in an administrative capacity.
- Expertise managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses and handling multiple priorities with ease.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and enterprise-wide technology systems.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive information and confidential situations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with executives, buisness partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the abilty to anticipate needs before they arise.
- The agility to manage competing priorities, coordinate departmental activities, and keep critical initiatives moving forward.
