Job Description
Under limited supervision andin accordance withestablished policies and procedures, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the President & Chief Executive Officer(CEO)of The WNET Group (WNET).This role serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing priorities,facilitatingcommunication, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office.
The Executive Assistant regularly handleshighly sensitive, confidential, strategic, and proprietary information and exercises exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions. Serving as a primary representative of the Office of the President & CEO, this positioninterfaces withthe Board of Directors, senior leadership, donors, government officials, community leaders, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:
Manages and prioritizes the President/CEO's complex calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, conferences, andspecial events, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities;
Coordinates and manages all travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, itineraries, and relatedlogistics;
Drafts, edits, proofreads, and prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, speeches, briefing materials, and other communications on behalf of the President/CEO;
Screens and prioritizes incoming communications, correspondence, and requests, exercising independent judgment regardingappropriate actionand response;
Board and Leadership Support
Serves as a liaison between the President/CEO, Board members, senior leadership, and key stakeholders;
Assistsin preparing presentations, reports, and supporting materials for Board meetings, fundraising activities, strategic planning sessions, and executive leadership meetings;
Project Coordination and Stakeholder Relations
Coordinates special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the President/CEO, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and outcomes;
Builds andmaintains positive working relationships with donors, community leaders, government officials, business partners, and external constituents;
Administrative Operations
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience supporting a CEO, President, C-suite executive, or comparable senior leader;
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint;
This position will require an onsite presence 5 days per week. The WNET Group reserves the right to changeand/or modify this schedule at its discretion.

The WNET Group offers competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and a supportive working environment. Salary ranges are based on benchmarked nonprofit and industry related data provided by an outside consulting firm and arecommensuratewith skills and experience. The compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000. Internal equity considerations will be reviewed before making a final offer.
