Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for several Graduate Engineers to join our team! As a Graduate Engineer, you will participate in the planning, design, permitting and construction of a variety of water and wastewater engineering projects for municipal and private clients. This is a great opportunity for you to begin your career and develop your professional skills by learning from the senior-level staff within our business.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Development of supporting project information (e.g. calculations, evaluations, cost estimates, technical writing)
- Performing construction phase engineering tasks (e.g. submittal review, field test observation, engineering construction solutions)
- Development of Water/Wastewater process schematics
- Design and production of Water/Wastewater facility plans and layout drawings
- Participate in a collaborative team environment, meet with project team members and project managers, and participate in client workshops
What you will bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- 0-3 years of experience; internship or co-op experience preferred
- EIT preferred with intent to pursue Professional Engineering license
- Willingness to observe construction activities and complete field investigations
Salary Range: $72,000 - $74,000 based on experience and location
