Job Summary
The Senior Creative Project Manager is a key leader within the creative department, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex, multi-channel creative campaigns as well as smaller-scale creative initiatives. This role requires deep project management expertise, advanced communication skills, and the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively drive solutions.
The Senior PM is expected to act as a strategic partner—confidently representing the creative team to both internal stakeholders and external clients, while ensuring projects are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget. They will manage cross-functional alignment, coach and mentor junior PMs, and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality across the department.
What you will be doing:
Lead and own all phases of creative projects from scoping through delivery, across multiple accounts and project types (direct mail, digital, and multi-channel campaigns).
Act as the primary liaison between creative, CX, and clients—presenting work, facilitating feedback, and translating complex information into clear direction.
Build complex timelines in Smartsheet that account for constraints, dependencies, resources, and deadlines. Maintain updates throughout the project.
Independently review project briefs and define scope, deliverables, assumptions, and internal/external resource needs. Develop Scope of Work and Proposals for new project requests.
Partner with CX to address scope changes, ensuring impacts on timing, budget, and resources are clearly communicated throughout project execution.
Maintain consistency and accuracy across tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Ziflow, SharePoint, Email).
Collaborate closely with account, strategy, media, and production partners to ensure alignment on deliverables and project requirements.
Coach and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance on timelines, scope, and client communication.
Provide training on project management processes, tools, and systems (e.g., Asana, ZiFlow, resource planning tools).
Who you are:
Proven success leading complex, multi-channel campaigns with budgets ranging from $5,000 to $200,000+.
