Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.
As a Product Delivery Manager in Consumer and Community Banking , Data Management & Data Governance team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will help senior leaders run a large-scale data organization with discipline, transparency, and accountability. You will drive data governance and data management programs end-to-end, connect work across technology, business, and control partners, and translate execution details into clear updates that support decisions, strengthen controls, and drive measurable outcomes.
This is an opportunity to help shape and scale a growing organization while working closely with executive leadership, the Consumer & Community Banking Chief Data Office, and firmwide data governance partners. You will have broad visibility across Consumer & Community Banking's data estate and play a key role in driving execution, supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating across lines of business, and helping leaders make informed decisions through effective governance, controls, and reporting. You will use your product delivery management expertise, analytical reasoning, and communication skills to bring structure to ambiguous priorities, create clear execution plans, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on objectives, decisions, risks, and next steps. Data governance work is inherently cross-cutting — spanning data ownership, metadata and lineage, data quality, retention, access controls, and regulatory commitments — so this role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and risk audiences.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Drive execution of Consumer & Community Banking data management and data governance initiatives, and lead planning and delivery for programs and leadership priorities across the data organization. Develop program plans, governance cadence, milestones, and action plans that establish clear ownership, accountability, and measurable progress against data governance commitments.
- Partner with data engineering, product, data owners/stewards, architecture, controls, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and dependencies aligned to firmwide data standards. Manage delivery of core data management capabilities — data cataloging, metadata and lineage, data quality rules and issue remediation, reference/master data, classification, retention and disposal, and data access provisioning.
- Coordinate regulatory and policy-driven workstreams (e.g., firmwide data risk standards, privacy and consumer data obligations, records retention, audit and exam responses), tracking commitments, evidence, and closure dates. Track and report data quality issues and data-related control findings end-to-end, from intake and root-cause analysis through remediation, sustainability validation, and closure.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders; drive delivery reviews and leadership updates so leaders maintain visibility into progress and decisions. Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID logs, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
- Prepare executive-ready materials, leadership updates, business reviews, governance forums, and communications that summarize status, decisions, risks, and next steps. Drive continuous improvement across operating processes, reporting, controls governance, issue management, and execution routines to improve transparency, efficiency, and follow-through. Support change execution by coordinating communications, readiness activities, training, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment as teams adopt new data policies, tooling, processes, and ways of working. Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
