The Master Technician Role
We’re looking for a Master Technician who is experienced in technical skills and takes pride in doing everything from complicated diagnostics to complicated repairs the right way. This role supports the overall efficiency of the shop by completing all types of work accurately, following shop standards, and working reliably with and alongside other technicians and leadership.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs, inspections, and fluid services
- Complete various repairs while following shop procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Accurately complete vehicle inspections and document findings
- Support shop workflow by diagnosing vehicles and assisting other technicians
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
