Job purpose

As a member of the Contracts team, you will provide practical contracting support across both new business and existing customer relationships, acting as a primary contact for renewals. The role focuses on negotiating drafting renewals and related amendments, managing incoming contracting requests, maintaining standard templates, and keeping contract records accurate and up to date. Providing contract support to transition existing customers to new templates and terms, as needed.

You will work closely with the Legal and Privacy teams and act as a primary point of contact for CSG, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders. This will include preparing and negotiating renewal amendments, and managing more bespoke amendments for legacy or non-standard agreements. You will assist US Contracts Counsel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating new customer agreements as needed. You will also maintain and manage templates, provide reporting based on contract terms, and respond to contract-related questions from across the business.

The Contracts Manager will take ownership of a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, supporting both new business opportunities and renewals from initial review through negotiation and execution. Working closely with Sales and the wider business, you will proactively progress contracting discussions, navigate legal and commercial considerations, and help move deals forward efficiently while protecting the interests of the business.

Act as a primary point of contact for contracting requests and questions from Sales, Account Managers, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Draft, update, and maintain approved contract templates, documentation, and contracting policies, supporting new business, renewals, amendments, and the migration of legacy customers to current contracting standards.
Maintain current template versions and ensure the correct approved template and contracting position is used.

Maintain accurate contract records, approvals, signatures, and related documentation across Salesforce, Conga, SharePoint, SimpleDocs, and other contract management systems.
Track new business and renewal contracting activity and provide regular status updates to the Contracts team and relevant stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve contracting processes, templates, guidance, and ways of working to support efficient and consistent contract management.
Carry out other contract management activities as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed for the Job:

An interest in developing broader commercial contracting knowledge over time.

Required Attributes:
