Job description
Elevate the employee experience by spearheading transformative change and go-to-market strategies and infusing your leadership insights to inspire teams and cultivate lasting adoption of workplace technology. Shape how hundreds of thousands of colleagues discover, embrace, and realize value from new products, platforms, and artificial intelligence capabilities. Here, your work connects product strategy to real employee outcomes, turning complex technical change into moments that feel simple, connected, and valuable. You will grow as an enterprise leader at the intersection of product, communications, and transformation. If you are energized by making technology meaningful for people, this is where your impact will be felt across the firm.
As a Technology Change Management and Go-to-Market Executive Director within Employee Experience, you are one of the leaders driving impact on the Technology Change Management and Go-to-Market team. Lead enterprise change and go-to-market strategies for employee-facing technology products, platforms, migrations, and artificial intelligence capabilities, driving awareness, readiness, adoption, sustained behavior change, and measurable value realization. As a leader in this space, you establish best practices and closely collaborate with product, engineering, communications, marketing, support, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional employee experiences. You help ensure technology is introduced through a cohesive employee experience rather than disconnected product launches.
JPMorganChase is on a mission to deliver a first-class employee experience by making workplace technology simple, connected, and valuable for employees. Employee Experience and Employee Platforms provides the products and capabilities that enable employees to communicate, collaborate, access support, and work effectively across the firm.
