As the Traveling Executive Director of Operations, you will manage an assigned assisted living community’s budget and occupancy goals as well as maintainappropriate staffing levels and drive overall customer service for a short period of time (average 60 to 120 days) while permanent leadership is identified and put in place. Assignments will be based on the community's needs and can be anywhere where we operate a community. The position will be 100% travel and focusing primarily in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and our 1 community in Virginia.
