Job Title: Performance Test Engineer
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 - [Not open to C2C or 1099]
Salary Range: $115,000–$165,000 Annually
Experience Required: 4+ years

Job Summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to improve software quality through structured testing, automation, defect analysis, and release validation. The work partners with product and engineering teams to strengthen test coverage and reduce delivery risk. The successful candidate will apply practical expertise in JMeter/LoadRunner/Gatling/k6, workload modeling, load/stress testing, performance metrics, and bottleneck analysis, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions through the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute functional, integration, regression, API, mobile, or non-functional test scenarios.
Required Qualifications
Practical experience with the role-specific technology stack: JMeter/LoadRunner/Gatling/k6, workload modeling, load/stress testing, performance metrics, and bottleneck analysis.
Understanding of web, API, mobile, database, or distributed application behavior as applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional hands-on depth in JMeter/LoadRunner/Gatling/k6, workload modeling, load/stress testing, performance metrics, and bottleneck analysis.
Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable.
