We Are:
Accenture LearnVantage helps organizations transform how their people learn and work. We partner with enterprise clients to design and deliver high-quality, scalable, outcome-driven learning that builds the skills their workforces need. Udacity, now part of Accenture LearnVantage, brings deep expertise in technical upskilling through hands-on, project-based online learning. Together we build learning experiences that help people gain in-demand skills in AI, machine learning, data, and more.
You Are:
You are a technical learning content developer who turns AI expertise into learning experiences that stick. You have built with large language models yourself, so you know the difference between a demo that works once and a system that holds up, and you can teach that difference. You combine hands-on work in Python, machine learning, LLM applications, and agent systems with a grounding in how adults learn, and you judge your own content by whether learners can demonstrably apply the skill in a real-world setting. You own the technical accuracy and instructional quality of what you build, you use AI tooling to work faster without dropping the quality bar, and you collaborate well with subject matter experts, authors, and testers. You are the first person through your own material, so you find the gaps a learner would hit before a learner does. You track a field that changes every few months and decide what is durable enough to teach. You move toward solutions even when requirements are ambiguous, guided by data but biased toward action.
The Work:
Join the Learning Experience team and help build the AI learning experiences that power effective workforce upskilling at enterprise scale. As a Senior Technical Content Developer, AI, you'll take design requirements and learning objectives from the curriculum roadmap and partner with subject matter experts to build course modules, hands-on labs, projects, and assessments.
You'll own the technical accuracy and instructional quality of what you produce so that learners can demonstrate new AI skills on the job.
- Develop technical learning experiences (courses, modules, hands-on labs, projects, quizzes, and assessments) against defined design requirements and learning objectives for the AI and machine learning domain.
- Author and test hands-on labs, notebooks, and projects end to end, making sure model access, API keys, datasets, and coding environments are configured correctly, and working solutions are reproducible by every learner.
- Build labs and projects on current AI practice, including machine learning fundamentals, LLM application development, retrieval, tool calling, agent systems, evaluation, and responsible use.
- Build assessments, quizzes, and other instructional design elements that measure whether the target skill was actually acquired, in line with LearnVantage learning standards.
- Validate the technical accuracy of all content, partnering with subject matter experts and authors to keep pace with changes in models, frameworks, tooling, and industry practice.
- Retire and rebuild content that the field has outgrown, deciding what is durable enough to teach and what will not survive the next model release.
- Coach new authors through the course development process and give pedagogical feedback on their content from the learner’s perspective.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate drafting, iteration, and QA of content, raising throughput without sacrificing quality.
- Incorporate feedback from testers, learners, and reviewers into content revisions, and use learner outcome data to improve course effectiveness.
- In this role, you'll work in a curriculum pod and report into a Technical Curriculum Lead.
- This position is US remote.
What’s In It for You?
- You'll build AI learning that reaches people at enterprise scale and gives them skills they can apply on the job.
- You'll teach the current state of the field, with the mandate to retire and rebuild content as models and tooling move.
- You'll work at the leading edge of AI-accelerated content development, helping shape the tooling and workflows the pipeline depends on.
- Accenture will continually invest in your craft and growth, with access to certifications, learning resources, and a global community of practitioners.
- You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, authors, and testers across the Accenture LearnVantage team.
Travel may be required for role. 0-100% depending on client and business need.
Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in machine learning, including model development with PyTorch or scikit-learn and statistical analysis of model performance.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on programming experience in Python, including writing, testing, and debugging code that other people will run.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or teaching technical content to adult learners, grounded in adult learning science (scaffolding, retrieval practice, cognitive load, and assessment).
- Minimum 2 years of experience building applications on large language models, including retrieval, prompting patterns, structured outputs, and tool calling.
- Minimum 1 year of experience building agent systems, including agent loops, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration with frameworks such as LangGraph or the OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Minimum 1 year of experience evaluating LLM or agent systems, including building eval sets, LLM-as-judge scoring, and groundedness or faithfulness metrics.
- Minimum 1 year of experience developing software with AI coding assistants or agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud AI and data services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and QA of written and technical content.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with version control tools like Git.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience).
Bonus Points If:
- You have experience with SQL and relational data modeling.
- You have experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Matplotlib, Tableau, or Power BI.
- You have experience building or consuming Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
- You have experience with LLM observability and tracing tools such as Langfuse, Phoenix, or LangSmith.
- You have experience applying AI security and responsible use practices to applications, including prompt injection defense, guardrails, and data handling review.
- You have experience with fine-tuning or post-training methods such as supervised fine-tuning, DPO, or reinforcement fine-tuning.
- You have experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or multimodal models.
- You have experience with data engineering and big data tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- You hold a current AI or machine learning certification from AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or NVIDIA.
- You have experience developing asynchronous online course content.
