- Cash Council Governance & Leadership: Lead the recurring global Cash Council comprising Business Unit CFOs and Finance leaders to review KPI trends, assign action items, and drive cash initiatives.
- Workflow Optimization: Lead the design of cross-functional process and automation initiatives spanning C2C (billing speed, dunning, dispute resolution), P2P (payment term alignment, payment clock optimization, early payment elimination), and F2F (inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and fulfillment strategy alignment).
- Data-Driven ROI & Metrics: Design, establish, and embed group-wide reporting dashboards and operational KPIs to monitor performance and sustain gains.
- Cash forecasting: Build, refine, and maintain 13-week direct cash flow forecasting models at the corporate and portfolio level to enhance cash predictability, visibility, and liquidity planning.
- Policy and governance: Standardize global policies for customer credit risk, billing cycles, vendor payment terms, and inventory thresholds.
- Cross business collaboration: Build trust and strong working relationships with leaders across all portfolio companies and geographies to collaborate on challenges and drive change management.

- Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence executives, and functional teams across decentralized, matrixed global business units without direct line authority.
- Change Management: Strong project management background with a track record of implementing cross-functional operational programs that deliver measurable working capital improvements.
