Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to power our automated recruitment search engine.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core platform.
- Optimize search algorithms and natural language processing pipelines to better understand recruiter queries.
- Lead the architectural decisions for scalable AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- The candidate has held the job title Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer or its equivalent.
- The candidate must have skills and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience.
- The candidate must be located in the United States.
- The candidate should have experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- The candidate should have strong programming skills in Python or C++.
- The candidate should hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
