Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse I functions as a member of the healthcare team in a manner consistent with their scope of practice in Pennsylvania in concert with the policies and procedures of St. Christopher's Hospital for Children The Clinical Nurse I is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation & documentation of care provided, and patient response to interventions. The Clinical Nurse I promotes image enhancement of the organization and its service.
- Manage chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease
- Monitor patients' health and providing education
- Answer live patient calls, complete prior authorizations
- Provide clinical care assessment and maintain quality patient care
- Intakes and triage
- Vitals and blood draws

Education Requirements
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Experience
- 1+ years of relevant RN experience
Certification and Licensure
