We are looking for an <\/span>Administrative Assistant<\/span><\/b> who is<\/span> skilled in computer usage<\/span><\/b>, and task management and <\/span>serving as a driver<\/span><\/b> when required.The ideal candidate will support daily executive operations, manage schedules, handle communication, and ensure smooth workflow for the executive director.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>

  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Safely drive and transport the executive director when needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • A Male candidate is required for this position due to the nature of the job responsibilities.
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Must be flexible and available to travel whenever required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Preferable to hold a bachelor’s degree.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Must have good English communication skills to interact effectively during local and international travel.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Handle documentation, emails, and phone communication professionally.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Organize and prioritize tasks to support executive activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with general office duties and coordination.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Education:<\/span><\/b> High school diploma or any related qualification.

    Experience: 1–3 years <\/span><\/b>of experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or administrative coordinator.<\/span>

    Technical Skills:<\/span><\/b>

    • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, emails, basic reporting).

    • Ability to use navigation tools and handle driving responsibly.<\/span>
