Possesses knowledge of the functions and applications of information systems. Responsible for maintaining and supporting Interfaces between various Facility systems to efficiently and effectively assist with the goals of fulfilling business objectives. Responsibility includes operational administration and technical management of all Interface Engines and support workstations throughout the organization.
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field OR two to three years of equivalent academic or professional experience in the areas of business, computer application building, support, implementation or project management. Completion of Integration Engine training already completed or SJHS Integration Engine training classes within 6 months of hire and/or experience with Health Level 7 is preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are required in order to participate in multiple projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring they are accomplished within the required timeline and meet project expectations. Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills required along with effective oral and written communication skills.
