About Us:

We are a fast-paced automotive dealership/service center seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Automotive Office Manager to support daily administrative and financial operations.  This role is essential in ensuring smooth back-office processes while assisting the Office Manager and team.

Key Reponsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily office operations within the dealership/service center
  • Support accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and basic bookkeeping
  • Process vehicle deals, titles, registrations, and related documentation
  • Reconcile daily cash, credit card transactions, and service repair orders
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with automotive regulations
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments
  • Handle customer inquiries, billing questions, and phone/email communication
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee records
  • Ensure office systems and workflows run efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership or service office preferred
  • Knowledge of dealership management systems (CDK) a plus
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and office procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong Communication and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
