We're hiring BCBAs across New Jersey, with immediate needs in Edison, Morristown, Voorhees, and surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, center-based or in-home opportunities, we'll build a caseload that matches your strengths and schedule.

👩‍⚕️ About the Role

As a BCBA Supervisor at Flywheel Centers, you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA care. You'll work closely with your clients, their families, and your clinical teammates to promote real progress - not just check boxes.

You'll also collaborate with your Regional Clinical Director, RBTs, and the Quality Assurance team to ensure services are compliant, ethical, and family-focused.

📋 Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision and parent training for your assigned clients

• Create individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and family goals

• Support and supervise RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates (as needed)

• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development events

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Central Reach

• Ensure compliance with Flywheel policies, state regulations, and insurance standards

• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals

• Uphold the highest ethical standards and respect for confidentiality

• Active BCBA certification

• Active New Jersey State License

• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism
