Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience to manage accounting, financial reporting, and administrative responsibilities. The candidate must have excellent communication skills as the role requires regular interaction with international/foreign clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with foreign clients for financial queries, reporting, and documentation.
Assist in internal audits and external audits.
Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Handle administrative tasks related to finance and office operations.
Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Required Skills
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience in client handling, especially foreign clients, preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in accounting, compliance, and administration roles.
Exposure to international client communication will be an added advantage.
