Assist senior engineers by coordinating with contractors and vendors: obtain quotes, track deliverables, and assist during on-site work.
Assist senior engineers supervising on-site construction contractors to ensure work proceeds according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budget.
Enforce GMP, EHS, cleanroom, and regulatory compliance during construction activities; stop work and escalate when non-conformances are found.
Maintain construction schedule tracking, identify delays, and update cost forecasts.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA/validation, operations, procurement, EHS, and contractors) to align schedules, resolve technical and compliance issues, and drive timely, quality construction and installation deliverables.
Support senior engineering tasks: prepare drawings under engineer supervision.
Compile technical reports, project status updates, and cost tracking summaries.
Conduct site walkthroughs to document equipment status and identify corrective actions.
Help develop and update piping/utility isometrics, master plan drawings, and layout revisions.
Support troubleshooting of utility system faults by collecting field data, reviewing alarms/trends, and assisting senior engineers and technicians during repair activities.
Support senior engineers with monitoring and recording operating parameters for critical utilities (WFI/PW temperatures, conductivity, TOC; clean steam pressure/temperature; chilled water temps; compressed air dew point/pressure) and escalate deviations.
