Role Description
Collaborate with the Director of Education Strategy to design and implement business plans and strategic initiatives for K-12 and higher education markets.
Conduct research and gather data on trends, challenges, and opportunities within the education sector to inform strategic decision-making.
Support sales teams by providing education market insights, developing engagement strategies, and participating in customer meetings and presentations.
Represent SHI at conferences, seminars, and industry events, serving as a speaker and brand ambassador to promote SHI’s education solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, procurement officials, and other key stakeholders.
Assist with the development of criteria and processes for team engagement in support of sales initiatives and strategic objectives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of education strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Director.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all education-related activities.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement in educational strategy and operational practices.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in an academic, research, or education technology setting, preferably in a strategic or consulting capacity.
Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events as required (up to 40%).
Technical experience or familiarity with education and information technology preferred.
Deep understanding of K-12 institutions, including but not limited to procurement practices, fiscal management, education and information technology systems, and operational needs.
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $150,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary, are $85,000 - $150,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
