This role is an office position with ability to do field work (sometimes check on jobs,  do spot checks, and or inspections ) 

Responsible for a team of 3-4 guys ( minimum ) 
Reveiwing,  assisting with estimates and invoices, dispatching keeping a full schedule for techs. 

This is base, plus incentive and or Bonus
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
