National Sales Manager-NutriSports

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive nationwide revenue growth for NutriSports (performance and sports nutrition products). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring high-performance sales teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
  
• Oversee regional sales teams, ensuring performance alignment with company objectives.
  
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  
• Monitor customer and market dynamics, identifying new sales opportunities.
  
• Implement customer service best practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  
• Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to optimize business growth.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  
• Advanced understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer service practices.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  
• Ability to perform under pressure and address challenges proactively.
  
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  

• MBA (Marketing) / Pharm-D / BS/MS in Nutrition Sciences or a related field
  
• 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical industries (experience with sports nutritional products and functional foods is a plus)
  
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
