Atlantic Health is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Union County, providing their services to patients in their homes. Atlantic Visiting Nurse provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health, stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home. Whether or not it is managing life with a chronic illness, living with a disability, returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation facility, or need assistance with end-of-life care, we are available to you in six counties throughout New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren. 

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, required

Minimum Experience:

• 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred

License/Certification:

• NJ License in Occupational Therapy, required
• NJ Driver's License, required
• BLS, preferred
