A long-standing New Jersey insurance organization is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its tight-knit, supportive team. This role sits within a network that partners with dozens of independent agencies across the state, helping them quote and place Personal Lines business efficiently and accurately.

The Personal Lines Account Manager will handle incoming submissions from partner agencies, quoting and placing Personal Lines business across in-house carrier markets.
It’s a detail-oriented, fast-paced role where accuracy and follow-through matter, but the environment is relaxed, respectful, and free of micro-management.
Review and process Personal Lines submissions from partner agencies
Quote and market new business (auto, home, umbrella, boat, personal articles, flood) using PL Rater and AMS360
Collaborate with agency partners to provide coverage options and carrier placement recommendations
Communicate with underwriters and carriers as needed to secure terms
Manage pipeline and follow-up on outstanding quotes
Focus solely on quoting and placement—no direct client contact or sales requirements
Active Property & Casualty License (required)
3+ years of Personal Lines experience, with strong quoting background
Proficiency in AMS360 and PL Rating systems
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
