You secure fixtures, dial in tooling, run G-code with confidence, and verify dimensions using inspection methods and statistical process control. Role Snapshot

• Location: Pine Brook, NJ
• Shifts: 2nd & 3rd (training on 1st shift, anticipated 10 weeks)

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC production machinery per established procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints/diagrams to select, position, and secure workholding and tooling.
• Adjust machine parameters to achieve precise tolerances and on-time delivery.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance on machines and sub-systems.
• Support a variety of tasks tied to the broader manufacturing process.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years operating CNC machining centers, including 5-axis experience.
• Familiarity with G-code programming.
• Knowledge of parts inspection and statistical process control (SPC).
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or formal apprenticeship is a plus.
• Independent, self-starter mindset.
• Must be a US Citizen.

• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
• Horizontal Machining Center (5+ axis)

Compensation & Benefits

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $32.00 - $43.00 hourly. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
